Statement of Originality

International Journal of Informatics and Systems Technology (IJIST) requires every article submission to be accompanied by a Statement of Originality signed by the author. This document is part of our commitment to maintaining academic integrity, publication ethics, and the quality of published articles.

Through this statement, the authors must declare that:

  1. The submitted article is the authors' original work and does not infringe upon the copyright or intellectual property rights of any other party.
  2. The article has never been published, either in whole or in part, and is not currently under review or consideration for publication in any other journal, proceedings, or publication media.
  3. All authors listed in the article have made significant scientific contributions and are aware of and have approved the submission of the article to IJIST.
  4. The data, results, figures, tables, and information presented in the article are true, accountable, and do not contain any elements of data fabrication, falsification, or manipulation.
  5. The authors have conducted a similarity check using plagiarism detection software such as Turnitin, iThenticate, or similar applications, and have attached the results of the check.

Documents Required to be Uploaded During Submission

Authors are required to upload the following documents as supplementary files:

  • The Statement of Originality signed by the corresponding author (PDF format).
  • The similarity/plagiarism check results in the form of a screenshot or a PDF report.

The Statement of Originality must be affixed with an electronic stamp (e-meterai) or a physical stamp worth Rp10,000 and signed by the corresponding author.

Manuscripts that do not include these documents may be returned to the authors for completion before being further processed by the editor.
